Court sentences man to 7 years imprisonment for raping 6-year-old girl in Cross River.

A High Court sitting in Calabar, Cross River State, has convicted one Isaac Evaghoghome for raping a 6-year-old girl.

Evaghoghome was sentenced to 7 years and 6 months imprisonment by His Lordship, Hon. Justice E. E Ita, on Thursday, February 11, 2021, after he pleaded guilty to the charge of rape of the minor.
