Recently, epaloguestory.blogspot.com published the story of a serial rapist freed by Bauchi State Governor but he later raped a 4 year old girl.
The news here is that the Governor has apologised. But will the apology undo the rape? Will it undo the trauma being experienced by the girl?
This sad incident shows that rapists shouod not be released back to tge society in any guise.
